Dear Tammy, family and friends of Cynthia:

Although my interactions with Cynthia were brief  when visiting my family, they were nothing short of laughter and smiles. She always had an ear ready to listen to my stories of Tammy and I when we worked together.  

However, the most important thing she shared was her Faith in God. She and Tammy were integral souls that supported my son during a very serious health crisis. They both prayed for him and gave us the strength we needed to get through and we did receive a miracle of healing. 

Cynthia will forever remain in our hearts and of course fond memories of her smiling cheerful self.  

May the heavens light up brighter as they gain another star.

I met Cynthia the day I was on stage for Miracle on 34th Street. My sister was in the hospital and Cynthia moved mountains to get Tammy to that show. She told the nurse "She has never missed one of her brother's shows...we are going!" And they were were in that audience. The picture included is from that night. From the stage all I saw was this beaming smile! 

I gained another sister that night. I could call Cynthia any time and she would be so happy to talk. She gave the best advice on talking to God when I asked her and always had sage advice. 

I love you Sister! Your smile will always be on my mind and your laughter will always fill my heart. Until we meet again... Jr

Cynthia was my sister in Christ. I met her at Calvay Chapel and she had me at “hello.” It was a pleasure and an honor to have known her… Her contagious laugh will live on forever… She was loved by all who knew her… May you rest in peace my sister… I will miss and love you forever… Kathe

I had only known Ms. Cynthia for the past month.  We worked in the same office. Every time I walked in the room and I said Good morning to her she always used to smile back and say Good morning very lovingly. Her Good mornings really used to bright up my day. I will never forget her.  She was beautiful person inside and out. I cannot even begin to understand what her family is going through right now, but I would like to offer my prayers and condolences.  

I had only known Cynthia for the past couple of years but I can say with certainty that any interaction with this fabulous lady was one that made you smile and truly feel appreciated. Cynthia poured out love into the world and we all felt it every time we were around her or just spoke with her. God has a new powerful angel.

It is with much sadness that I  express my sincerest sympathies to you after learning of Cynthia’s unexpected passing.  

My heart goes out to all of you as you are forced to accept this significant loss in your family. 

Please accept my sincere condolences regarding Cynthia’s untimely passing and know that  
she lives in all of us daily and is now our Gaussian Angel as she watches over us.

Any time shared with Cynthia was always heartfelt, no matter the occasion.  I had the pleasure of meeting and working with her at PGH for many years. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends as I know it is a loss unimaginable.  I was truly blessed having experienced her friendship.  She was like no other, always positive, always uplifting (and randomly so). To express how she will be missed,...there are no words.

I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia for 4 years at PGH.  In addition to being a dedicated worker, I found Cynthia to be one of the most genuine, loving and positive people I know.  She loved the color purple, prime rib at J Alexanders, and the chance to talk to anyone.   She was respected and loved by many and will truly be missed. I worked with Cynthia at PGH for many years and was fortunate enough to share lunch with her on many occasions.  Cynthia was such a kind, gererous and loving person.  She will always be remembered.

My whole heart goes out to Tammy Hayes and  Cynthia’s family .  Although I never met Cynthia in person… she and I spoke via email and sometimes on the phone during my cancer treatments… she would send me beautiful bible quotes & email cards to cheer me up & helped to keep my faith.  There are no words that can help Tammy & her family get thru this terrible tragedy & loss…. Just know I will  keep y’all in my prayers as Cynthia looks over you from above.
