Alice E Martin

Passed away March 11th, 2015

Born in the town of Windber, Pa., she migrated to N.Y.C. at an early age where she met her husband of 55 years, James Martin (deceased).

Starting a new family, they moved to Dumont N.J. where she was a devoted wife & mother. She worked at the Tenafly N.J, tax dept. for many years, retiring with her husband to Boca Raton to be closer to her growing family.

Alice’s loving family consisted of: Sisters Marion Shupe ( of Port Orange, Fl.), Agnes Martin (Deceased) & Eileen Parano ( of Bergenfield, N.J.)

Son, James L. Martin, daughter-in-law Alice (#3) (of Greenwood lake, N.Y.)

Daughter Eileen Martin, son-in-law Gary Lambert. Granddaughter Coleen Spinka (deceased), her husband Michael & Great Granddaughter Lila. (of Boca Raton) Grandson Jason Claffey, his wife Dawn, Great Grandson Luke. (of Boca Raton )

Daughter Alice Lewis (#2), son-in-law Greg Lewis. ( of Long Key, Fl )

Extended Family, Brother-in-law John Martin and his family John & Lois Martin. ( of Lake Worth)

Alice’s passion was her family. Her favorite times was when she cooked her weekly dinners for the whole family. Her other passion was reading mystery novels. She will be greatly missed.
