Marc Reed Presti

Marc Reed Presti, 66, of Bloomington passed away Friday, December 1, 2023 in I. U. Health Bloomington Hospital. He was born October 19, 1957 in Bloomington to Biagio Presti and Barbara Robinson Presti. He was a retired Fire Fighter/EMT.

Survivors include his daughter, Hillary Threatt of Bloomington; his son, Sean (Michelle) Simmons of Killeen, Texas; his wife, Jen Presti; a lifelong friend and mother of his children, Monique Threatt; a brother, Scott Presti; a sister, Dru Presti; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Marc loved spending time with his family, traveling, particularly to beach destinations, playing video games, pickle ball, feeding wildlife around his home, playing piano, spreading joy, giving, he always gave 110%, was a jokester, followed world events, was a private pilot, enjoyed reading and would do anything to the best of his ability for anyone. Marc was a loyal friend, a deep thinker and was in to astronomy. Marc had served his country in the U. S. Army.

The family will hold a private celebration of life. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
