Leslie "Tom" Thomas Harris

Leslie Thomas “Tom” Harris, 61, of Ellettsville passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in I. U. Health University Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born January 3, 1962 in Bloomington to William Harris and Ruby Allen Harris. He was a Hotel Front Desk Clerk.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Theresa Powell Harris of Ellettsville; a son, Bradley Harris of Ellettsville; three brothers, Bob, Billy (Debbie) and James; two sisters, Betty (John Lewis) and Alice (Tim); his mother in law, Betty Powell; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Danny Ray Harris; two sisters, Karen Stafford and Janis Harris; and two siblings who passed in infancy.

Tom had work for many years at Yellow Cab, he enjoyed spending time with his family and doing leather work.

There will be a Private Celebration of Life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
