Leslie G. Frye

Les retired from Hall Signs. He was a kind, loving Christian. He loved his family and enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also enjoyed reading the Bible, country music, woodworking, gardening and working outdoors.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Linda(Gigli)Wilson of Bloomington, two sons; Michael(Norma Jean)Frye of Bloomfield, Rick(Marlie)Frye of Harrodsburg, one daughter Melody Friedrich of Florida and one step-daughter Tammy(Randy)Carter of Bloomington, nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother William “Wig” Frye and his sister Linda Webb.

Les was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Pam Frye and siblings; Donna Wolf, Wilma Frye, Alvina Morris and Al ”Junior” Frye.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. in Deremiah-Frye Mortuary Greene & Harrell Chapel, 700 W. Gourley Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the charity of one’s choice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
