Joyce Pearl Potter

Joyce was a laundry supervisor in the Memorial Union at Indiana University for many years before retiring in 2016. In her spare time, Joyce loved to garden, feed the wildlife and help her neighbors. Her main passion was quilting. Joyce is survived by her two sons; Robert Potter and William Potter, three step-children; Daniel Treadway, Lorie Smith, Matthew Treadway, four grandchildren; Shenea Staten, William Levi-Dale, Cory and Linnea Potter, eight step-grandchildren; Brandon and Aaron Smith, Chad and Eric Mobley, Dennis Potter, Crystal King, Ashley Ferguson and Kristian Treadway. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Potter in 2018, her step-son Michael Potter and her step-granddaughter Lynnae Potter. A Celebration of Joyce’s Life will be at a later date.
