Joe is survived by his wife Teresa James.
Joe loved being in the kitchen serving as a cook for most of his adult life. He also spent time being Master of Ceremonies for various bands and venues locally making sure that everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves.
Outside of work Joe was a quiet and reserved man who was well liked and had a giving heart.
Joe was also a man of faith having been a member of the Second Baptist Church here in Bloomington.
