Helen Louise Cutright Clark, age 100, of Bloomington, died Sunday afternoon at I.U. Health; Bloomington Hospice House in Bloomington. Born January 2, 1914 in Smithville, Indiana, she was the daughter of John and Nannie (Mobley) Cutright. She retired as a clerk and secretary with Community Hospital East in Indianapolis and was a member of the Pentecostal Faith Assembly in Bloomington.
She is survived by one niece, Vera J. Thompson, and her family; great-nephew, Terry R. Thompson and great-niece, Janice (Gary) Bland and their families, all of Bloomington and great-niece, Mary Beth (Terry) Barger, of Bloomington and her family. Helen is also survived by her great-niece and caregiver, Kathy Hankins, of Bloomington and her children, Kara (J.T.) Golish (Carter, Hannah, and Noah) and Kyle Hankins, all of Oklahoma.
Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Winfred Clark and three sisters, Mildred Wright, Maudeline Baugh and Josephine Deckard.
The funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday at the Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene and Harrell Chapel with Pastor Michael Douglas officiating. A private family entombment service will be held later on Friday afternoon at Washington Park-East Cemetery in Indianapolis. Friends may visit the family on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon at the funeral home.
Following Helen’s wishes, memorial contributions may be given to the Pentecostal Faith Assembly.
