Sharon was born December 16, 1953 in Normal, IL to Robert and Mildred (Miller) Bicknell. They preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children Sean (Kristi) Balonis and Amanda (Nick Aister) Balonis, her brothers Bob and Rod (Cathy) Bicknell, her grandson Joseph Balonis, and many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sharon treasured being a grandmother and was incredibly proud of her grandson. She was a true animal lover and rescued numerous cats and dogs over the years. She loved music and could often be found dancing in the kitchen.
Her definition of family was broad - if you were her friend then you were family. If you were a friend of a friend, you were family. And once you were family, you were family forever.
She will be greatly missed.
