Ronald was born May 8, 1964, in Pekin, the son of Clarence E and Marilyn J Otto Webb.
Surviving are his siblings: Cindy (Danny) Shepherd of Bloomington; Ray (Tenna) Webb of Bloomington; Edward (Sheila) Webb of Jacksonville, Florida; and a half sister, Carla Manceaux of Illinois; eight nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Bob.
Ron attended Calvary Baptist Church during his grade School years. Later in his teens Ron attended First Assembly of GOD Where he was slain in the HOLY SPIRIT. Most recent he attended Abundant Life in CHRIST Church.
Ron had a mentor for a few years named Bob Hardesty who proceeded him in death.
Ron attended the following schools: Edward grade school,Raymond grade school, and Jefferson grade school, Towanda grade school, Irving grade school, Emmerson grade school, Bloomington Jr High School and Bloomington High school.
Ron was a fan of music. He enjoyed singing karaoke, watching football. His favorite team was the LA Rams. In his youth he enjoyed roller skating and fishing and swimming. When he was around 18 years old he hiked across country with a friend to California.
Ron was employed at Steak n Shake on Hannah, Darnell's Skeet n Trap, Cub Foods where he was such a dedicated employee he road his bike from Leroy Illinois and back. Ron worked at Arnies Restaurant in Bloomington , Denny's Restaurant in Normal, Benny's of Bloomington, he moved to Georgia to work for Bee Dry,when he moved back here he worked for his last job was at Occupational Developement Center in Bloomington for several years.
Ron always took great pride at doing the best he could.as for a younger brother he was very caring and generous. He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed the Lawhun Madden family reunion. Ron went through many trials the worst being homeless. He was a wonderful brother who deserved so much more in life than he got. We are thankful that he is no longer in pain and is in JESUS' ARMS.

Ron had some special friends who were more than family to him. Mark and Pam Powell. Also some special Cousins Christa Lawhun, Brian Dougherty and Dave Lawhun. Thank you to you all for the love you showed our brother.

Per Ronald's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Abundant Life in CHRIST Church, 108 East Market Street, Bloomington, Illinois. Online condolences may be shared with the family at eastlawn-bloomington.com.
