Norma Louise Kiper

She was born May 22, 1927 in Towanda to Samuel and Zella (Howard) Arbuckle. She married Charles H. Kiper on January 2, 1947.

Norma worked for over 30 years at Brokaw now Advocate BroMenn in the outpatient endoscopy department. She loved animals and spending time with her family and going to holiday church services.

Survivors include her three sons: Charles (Jo) “Tim” Kiper of Colorado, Terry L. (Anne) Kiper of Normal, Tom R. (Amy) Kiper of Normal; three grandchildren: three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and three brothers: Merwyn, Wayne and Melvin Arbuckle.

Visitation will be from 10-11am with the Funeral Service at 11am Wednesday October 15, 2014 at East Lawn Funeral Home 1102 Airport Rd. Bloomington, IL 61704. The Rev. Randy Reese will officiate. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.
