He was born November 24, 1978 in Bloomington, IL to Douglas and Joy (Lease) Worthey.
Nathanial was a special person. He always said hello. He loved pizza, snacks, spaghetti and fish. He also loved his cats; Max, Sissy, Buttercup, tigers, cows, John Deere, Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. He loved music and NASCAR as well.
He was chosen to go to heaven sooner than expected. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his father, Douglas (Angela) Worthey; step-mother, Lisa (Scott) Edlund; sister, Tabitha (Gerald) Worthey; two nephews, Keenan Van Note and Evan Van Note.
He was preceded in death by his mother Joy; paternal grandparents, Donald “Wayne” and Donna Worthey; maternal grandparents, Herbert and Bernice Lease.
