Kenneth Duane Wright

Kenneth Duane Wright, 76, of Bloomington, passed away at 5:22p.m. on Sunday May 1, 2011 at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center in Normal.

He was born April 14, 1935 in Bloomington, IL the son of James Kenneth and Ada Zook Wright. He married Marlene Cannon on April 27, 1958 in Bloomington, IL, she survives him.

Kenneth is also survived by three sons Michael J. (Jacky), Scott (Christie) and Dennis (Michelle) Wright; two grandchildren Skyler and Wyatt Wright and three sisters Betty (Arnold) Hering, Marilyn (Richard) Bartal and Kay (Dave) Franz.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Kenneth enjoyed a long career with the railroad as a clerk for 37 years before retiring in 1997. He was a member of the Brotherhood of the Railroaders and Clerks.

Funeral services will be held at 6:30p.m. on Friday May 6, 2011 at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington, IL. Visitation will take place from 5:00pm- 6:30pm at East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington, IL.
