Jess A. Armes, 77, of Bloomington, passed away June 15, 2015 at home with his family. A lifelong resident, he was born in Bloomington, IL September 22, 1937 to Jess Sr. and Verna Armes. He married Carlene Francis Olson on May 19, 1954. He was a truck driver for Prairie Farms and worked in sales for 20 years at OK Appliance. His passions were the Cardinals, the Bears, and he loved to fly. Jess is survived by his wife Carlene Armes, his sons Joe, Mike and David Armes, and his grandchildren Chris, Courtney and Disa.
