Brian loved spending time with his family. He also loved cooking and trying new recipes. He especially enjoyed spending time on the patio near his garden, listening to the sounds of nature all around him. He also enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Most of his career was spent working for the local phone company, GTE/Verizon/Frontier, until he retired several years ago.
Surviving are his children: Shannon (Andy) Scott, John (Jennifer) Perry, James Perry; siblings: Jeff (Jessica) Richard, Janice Anthony; mother: Barbara Richard; grandchildren: Michael Scott, David Perry, Lyla Perry; nieces: Jenny (Graeme) Stringer, Claire (Shahid) Ali, Laurie (Mark) Thompson; and grandnieces and grandnephew: Sophia Ali, Evie Thompson, and Edward Thompson. He is preceded in death by his father: Kenneth Perry and brother: David Perry.
Cremation rites have been accorded with East Lawn Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
