They are survived by Maximina Felipa Carter (Wife), Marilyn Jeanette Carter (Daughter), Peggy Irene Carter (Daughter), Frances EvAnn Carter (Daughter), Marvin Carter (Brother), Stevie Carter (Brother), Verna Carter Bates (Sister), Marion L. Obera (Sister-in-law), Irene R. Obera (Sister-in-law), Gargona "Ola" Oberta Johnson Hill (Sister-in-law), Walter also leaves behind six grandchildren and five great grandchildren to cherish his memory..
