Mrs. Mion Yvonne Trusty of Riverside, California, passed away on July 10, 2017. She was born in Inglewood, California on October 24, 1955 to her parents, Grover & Henrietta Hicks. Mrs. Trusty graduated from Bloomington High School in 1974. In 1974, Mion moved to Hawaii with her sister, Nonie. She was married to Michael Trusty in 1974 in Hawaii and their son, Jerome, was born in Hawaii. She moved back to the mainland (California) and worked for Security Pacific Bank, Foothill Independent Bank and then 22 years with Union Bank of Glen Avon. Mion especially enjoyed attending softball games and watching her husband and son play.
Mrs. Trusty is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael; son, Jerome; brothers, John, Duane & his wife Myriah; sisters Rosie and Nonie; 3 grandchildren; Jerome, Ana and Olyvia.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Katie; father, Grover, and mother, Henrietta, all from California.
