A mass will occur Monday, November 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 2713 S. Grove Avenue, Ontario, California 91761. A committal will occur Monday, November 5, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Avenue, Bloomington, California 92316. A reception will occur Monday, November 5, 2018 at 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Chino Valley DES Club, 5216 Riverside Drive, Chino, CA 91710.
