Jorge Alfaro Hernandez, age 61, of Rialto, California passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. Jorge was born in Zacatecas, Mexico.
A visitation for Jorge will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A committal service will occur Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
