As a Wife: mom and dad have been married for 49 year. As a wife she took care of my dads every need. They took vacations together every year while dad was working. After dad retired they would enjoy their grandchildren.

As a Mother: As a mother her two children could not have had had a better one. She took care of us as babies and children. The only time she told us no was when it was not in our best intrest. In our adulthood we were always able to go to Mom. She wouldn't tell us what we "wanted" to hear rather she told us what we "needed" to hear. And Mom made sure every holiday, Birthday, and special occasion was enjoyed even if it ment her spending many hours of work just to see us happy.

As a Grandmother: As a Grandmother her grandchildren loved and adored her. She would do anything for them. As babies she taught them right from wrong from day one. To Mom one or rather two of her best moments were watching her grandchildren being born. The biggest smile i ever saw from her was when her grandchildren were around.

Moms Occupation: Mom was just more than just a "Day Care Provider". All the children that were in her care were in the best of care. Their parents never had to worry about them for they knew that their children had the best.

Mom as a Friend: Mom was always there as an ear to hear and a shoulder to cry on. Just as she was with her children, when asked for advice they could not have gone to a better person. Mom was all about quality and that is exactly the type of friends mom had.

Mom's Passion And Hobbies: Moms garden was her haven. It was her place to love and nourish herself. Just one look at her garden said it all, it represented the person she was both inside and out, she was beautiful just like the flowers she grew. Mom also liked to read and steal away in her room to watch her favorite shows.
