He was born to William and Monica White, November 21, 1942, in Los Angeles, CA. Dennis graduated from Fontana High School in 1960 and received a Bachelors in Political Science from UCR and a Masters in Reading from CSUSB. He married Evan White in 2000.
Dennis was a teacher at North Tamarind Elementary in Fontana and retired in 2007. He was passionate about making a difference in the lives of the children he taught.
Dennis was an active reader and outdoor enthusiast. He loved to fish and also spend time with his family.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Evan White, six children: Patrick and Brian of Carlsbad; Kelly of Temecula; Jeffery of Fontana; and Sean and Cameron of Bloomington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to the American Brain Tumor Association.
A celebration of his life will be held at Sons of Italy, Fontana on Tuesday, August 14th at 4PM.
