Bonnie Eileen Butler

Bonnie lived a fulfilling life as a daughter cousin and friend. She loved participating in politics and she loved campaigning.

Bonnie was a member of Higher Ground Church of God in Christ. Bonnie attended and graduated from UCLA where she obtained her bachelor's of arts with a major in anthropology and master’s degree.

She utilized her abilities at Calpers and as a state planner and director. After she retired, she was very active on the political scene.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Annie Borders.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her cousins HL Daniels (Bridgette), Joyce Young, Wilbert Daniels (Irene), Alice Scott (Jerome), Danny Daniels (Rachel), Loretta Fowler (Tim), Latasha Daniels, Virginia Arku- Daniels, Wilbur Daniels and a host of more cousins and family members. She also leaves a special family member Armando Guerrero and friends.

A funeral service for Bonnie will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
