Albert Zarlengo Santoro, the oldest of eight brothers and sisters, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Anthony Santoro and Jenny Zarlengo on March 13th, 1923. At the age of twenty-three Albert enlisted in the US Navy on April 14, 1943. Albert would then go on to bravely support our way of life by serving in the armed services, through multiple wars until he was honorably discharged in June of 1946, but would be a naval reserve member for twenty-three years. He would eventually go on to marry and start a family with Elizabeth in 1951 and bring five children into the world; Linda, Frank (Deceased), Anthony, Loretta, and Albert, Jr. Albert worked in civil service most of his life and as a professional independent truck driver for TG & Y for many years until they eventually closed. He would then go on to transport extra large boats for Boat Transport until his eventual retirement in 1987. Albert Zarlengo Santoro passed away on December 7th, 2019 in Colton, California at the ripe old age of 96. Albert Zarlengo Santoro is preceded in death by his parents Anthony, and Jenny, his son Frank and his beloved wife Elizabeth. Albert is survived by his children; Linda Villa, Anthony Santoro, Loretta Wood, and Albert Santoro Jr.
