Michael J. Mattia

Michael died in Las Vegas, NV where he lived for the past 2 years. He was born in Newark, NJ to the late Concetta and Michael Mattia. He was a lifelong resident of Newark, NJ, where he went to St. Francis School and graduated from Essex Catholic High School. He retired from the US Post Office where he worked for 30 years.

He is survived by his aunts and uncles and numerous cousins who loved him.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Concetta Mattia and Michael Mattia.

Arrangements by the Zarro Funeral Home, 145 Harrison St. Bloomfield (www.zarrofuneralhome.net). A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 25th from 9-11 am followed by a service at 11am.
