Gerardina Della Fera

Gerardina Della Fera, 102, of Bloomfield passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016. She was born in Calabritto Avellino, Italy and emigrated to the United States in 1966. She was the oldest member of St. Anthony of Padua Church. Funeral services will be conducted by the Zarro Funeral Home (www.zarrofuneralhome.net), 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield. Visitation will be on Monday, January 2nd from 4-8 pm. Kindly be at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 3rd by 9:00am before the mass at 10:30am at St. Anthony of Padua Church. . The entombment will be at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.

In lieu of flowers donation in her memory will be appreciated to St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville. Gerardina is survived by her loving sons, Donato Della Fera and his wife, Rosa and Gelsomino Della Fera; 5 granchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerardino Della Fera and 24 siblings.
