Carmine Urso

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be conducted by the Zarro Funeral Home, (www.zarrofuneralhome.net), 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield, on Thursday at 9:15 am followed by a mass at 10:30 am at Holy Family Church, Nutley. The burial will be at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.

Mr. Urso was a custodian for 30 years for the Board of Education of Belleville. He was a member of the Belleville Senior Citizens, Monday and Friday Clubs, and the Old Guard Tuesday Club.

Carmine is survived by his loving wife, of 71 years, Lucy (nee Petrillo) Urso; devoted and loving children, Carmine Urso Jr., and Nancy Banasiak and her husband, Kenneth; cherished grandchildren, Dr. Kenneth Banasiak and Jill Marie Frangione and her husband, Anthony; great grandchildren, Johnny and Nicholas Frangione. He was predeceased by his parents, Nancy (Ferrara) and Angelo Urso and his brother, James Urso.
