WILLIAM “BILLY” E. VANN, age 74 of Birmingham, joined his Lord and Savior whom he loved with all of his heart on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Vann. He is survived by several cousins, friends and other extended family. Special recognition to Dickey Stanton and Jim Norris for their longstanding friendships. Billy was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Navy. There will be a graveside service on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Forest Hill Cemetery beginning at 11:00.
