Bill was a "Prince  of a Man" and a true gentleman of the highest order. All who knew him loved,liked, and respected him.

Bill will be missed.  The halls of Jefferson State will not be the same without him.  He always had a smile on his face.  If you ever needed to be lifted up all you had to do is see his smile.  Bill was sweet, kind, and a man of God.  He was a true blessing to many.  I know he was to me.  RIP Bill.  I will miss you!!!!  You will never be forgotten.

Bill will be missed by so many people that knew and loved him.  Such a sweet, kind man and aways had a sweet smile on his face. He was such a good example to others and I feel blessed to have known him for so many years.
I know he was welcomed home with much rejoicing from our Heavenly Father.
