Smith, William Howard, age 85 of Irondale, AL died on February 22, 2013. He was a lifelong resident of Irondale, a Deacon at Irondale First Baptist Church and retired from Moore Business Forms. He was a graduate of Shades Cahaba High School class of 1946, attended Howard College and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Smith; parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.R. Smith; sister, Iris Satterfield. Howard is survived by his daughters, Karen M. Smith and Annette Smith; sister, Florine Logan and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, February, 26 2013 from 1 PM until service time at 2 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
