NOLAN, WILLIAM “BILLY” H., age 84 of Dolomite, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022. He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Nolan. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Sparks (Tonya); grandchildren, Keelan Abney, Kali Abney and Makayla Sparks; and sisters, Linda Cleckler, Frances Oneal and Mary Martin. Billy was a lifelong resident of Dolomite except during his service in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne. He worked in maintenance at Southern Ductile Casting Corp for over 30 years. Billy was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed Nascar, Alabama Football and traveling in his RV. The family will have a private service at a later time.
