Gabert, William H. “Bill”, age 80 of Trussville, AL passed away on July 1, 2013. He was a long time member of Alabama Bonsai Society. He was a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Atlanta Braves. He was retired from Guaranty Savings and Loan. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy Davis Gabert; parents, W.D. “Red” and Julia Gabert. Bill is survived by his wife, Suzanne Thames Gabert; children, Barri (Bill) Harrison, Terry (Deborah) Gabert, Lisa (Gary) Townsend and Phillip Thames; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Zach (Marlene) Gabert. A private memorial service will be held by the family.
