FAIN, SARA FREDENE BINGHAM, age 83 of Vestavia Hills, passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of May 26, 2018 at UAB hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill” Fain; and son, William E. “Eddie” Fain, Jr. She is survived by her twin sons, James W. Fain and Jack W. Fain, both of Dayton, Ohio; brother, Ben Bingham (Shirley) of Hoover, AL; sister, Miriam “Mim” Carlson (Don) of Kansas; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Fredene attended Denman Memorial Methodist Church as a child. She retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base with over 30 years of service. She resided at Chateau/Morningside of Vestavia and enjoyed crocheting afghans for family and friends. Her burial service will be at Elmwood Cemetery at a later time.
