Ruby Norris

Ruby M. Norris, age 85 of Springville, Al passed away on September 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her son, Lamar Norris; parents, Samuel and Cecile Medley; brother, Clifford Medley; sister-In-law, Martha Morris, and brother-in-law, Herbert Norris and Ted Morris

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Ancel W. Norris, daughters, Amanda Parker and Charlotte VanHorn (Phillip); four grandchildren, Christian VanHorn, Riley Parker, Caitlin VanHorn, and Makenzie Parker; brother, Donnie Medley (Donna); sister, Oma Norris and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Ruby was a faithful member of Deerfoot Church of Christ. She loved sewing and baking.

A visitation for Ruby will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Deerfoot Church of Christ, 5348 Old Springville Rd, Pinson, AL 35126, followed by a funeral service at11:00 AM.
