GRAHAM, Rita M., age 73 of Birmingham, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Ethel Graham; parents, Maude and Milford Graham; nephew, John David Graham and brothers, Kenneth Graham and Larry Joe Graham. She is survived by her brother, David Graham (Cathy); sister in law , Alyce Faye Graham; two nephews, two grand nephews and one grand niece. She graduated from Samford University with a degree in Paralegal. She retired from Zarzaur & Schwartz P.C. Attorneys at Law. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Her service will be at the chapel on Thursday, December 22, 2016 beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
