Milton "Andy" Andrew Peck

Milton Andrew Peck passed away peacefully on Dec 3, 2018. Andy was a walking encyclopedia of music, an avid reader, and a Mr. Fix-It. He loved his ‘57 Chevy, Alabama football, and his family. He brought out the best in everyone he was around, always encouraging those he loved. He was well-known for having a great sense of humor, and always found something to be thankful for.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Peck, his son William Eric Peck and wife Sandy, his daughter Stefanie Lauren Blakely, his grandsons William Orell Blakely (Liam) and Jackson Alexander Blakely (Jack), his sister Barbara Thompson and husband Ronald, and his loving puppy Zoe. He is preceded in death by his father Harold Greene Peck and his mother Mildred Lucille Brazelton Peck. Andy will be remembered as a loving husband, Dad, Poppy, and friend to all who knew him. There will never be another man like him and we feel blessed to have had him in our lives.

A celebration of his life will be held at the home of Art & Carie Wimberly at 4pm Saturday, December 8th. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Metropolitan Youth Orchestras of Central Alabama at c/o St Paul United Methodist Church, 1500 6th Ave N, Birmingham, AL (www.myorch.org) so as many children as possible can enjoy music the way Andy did.
