Melissa Moore

Melissa was employed by K-Mart in Midfield for 28 years, where she met her husband Joseph “Joey” Moore. She and Joey had one daughter, Caitlin Faith Moore. After 25 years of marriage, Melissa retired and became ill. After several surgeries and medical procedures, she passed away on July 8, 2020, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

Melissa is survived by her husband Joey, daughter Caitlin, siblings Mark (Patricia), Georgette Burks, Tracey (Kristen), and numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on July 12, 2020 at 6:00 pm at Johns-Ridout's Mortuary-Elmw.
