Mary Jewel Scott, 92, died May 6, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Emory Scott, Sr. She is survived by her son, Howard Scott, Jr. (Glenda) of Gardendale, AL; daughter, Deborah C. Scott of Fultondale, AL; granddaughter, Bambi (Jeramie) Burns of Mt. Olive; great granddaughter, Bragan Burns of Mt. Olive; numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Walker’s Chapel Baptist Church. Visitation will be May 8, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Walkers Chapel Baptist Church. Graveside service will be on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 11:00 am at Elmwood Cemetery with Brother Dan Nichols officiating. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Walker’s Chapel Baptist Church, 1525 Briscoe Street, Fultondale, AL 35068.
