age 75, passed away on September 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anita Hobbs and Joseph Leo Raley; sister, Annette West and brother, George Raley; son, Joseph (Joey) Clarence Fulmer.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lester Fulmer; daughter Kelli Fulmer Cooper (Joel); son, Philip Leslie Fulmer; grandchildren, Mary Ann Cooper, Carson Webb Cooper, Max Fulmer Cooper, Molly Rose Cooper; brother, Joseph Raley (Joyce); sisters, Margie Lemley (Bill) and Marcella Raley Jones (Allen) .
She graduated from John Carroll High School in 1959. Following high school, she worked at Liberty National until beginning a career as a mother and homemaker. She devoted most of life to being a homemaker, wife and mother to three. She enjoyed spending time with her family and four loved grandchildren. Her family will receive friends Wednesday September 21, 2016 from 9-10 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 AM. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
