MCCLENEY, MARGARET F, age 84, of Springville, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.B. McCleney; brothers, James Franklin and Benjamin Franklin; and sisters, Elizabeth Hewlett, Carolyn Capizzi, and Martha Johnson. She is survived by her son, Dr. Barry McCleney (Luanne); grandsons, Jonathan, Joseph, Caleb, and Micah; brother, Carl Franklin; sister, Betty Jo Meacham; brother-in-law, W.H. Hewlett; and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She retired from Protective Life Insurance and was a member of First Baptist Springville. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Her service will be at the chapel on Thursday, January 31, 2013 beginning at 1 PM with Pastor Chip Thornton officiating. Burial will follow at Shanghi Baptist Church Cemetery.
