Master Sergeant Kenneth K. Duncan, USAF Retired, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at the age of 99.
Kenneth was born in Millersburg, Missouri on August 22, 1919. He was the son of the late Hayden and Adelia Duncan. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of over 65 years, Wilma Duncan; his two sons, Larry Duncan and Joseph Duncan; his grandchildren, Daniel (Mia) Duncan; Kari Duncan; and one great-grandchild, Ethan Duncan.
Kenneth served his country proudly in the United States Air Force and is a veteran of the Korean War. He retired in 1966 after more than 24 years of service. He belonged to the Air Force Sergeants Association for many years and had many friendships there. Kenneth was a devoted Christian and a faithful member of Taylor Memorial Methodist Church in Clay. After retiring, Kenneth and his wife, Wilma spent much of their time traveling to different parts of the world.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2018, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church in Clay followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at 1:30 PM at Forest Crest Cemetery with full Military Honors by the United States Air Force.
