Joe Lee Honeycutt 97 of Hoover Alabama passed away on October 3, 2021. He served in the United States Navy from May 1943 until May 1946. Joe was a pharmacist for Odum Drug in Fairfield, Alabama. He was a member of the Alabama Boxing and Wrestling Commission. He is preceded in death by his wife of 71 years Betty O. Honeycutt, his mother Amanda Hayes Honeycutt, father Ralph Honeycutt, his brothers Ralph C, William(Billy) and Chester Honeycutt. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and well- loved friends. Because of Covid-19 private graveside services will be held. Special thanks to Oasis Hospice, Pollyanna Buffkin, Amy Buffkin and Casey Jones for taking care of Joe for the past few years.
