Jesse "Roger" R Davis

Jesse Roger Davis of Birmingham, AL passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at the age of 80. Roger was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who was very much loved and will be missed. Roger began his banking career with Birmingham Trust National Bank (BTNB) and retired 42 years later when it became Wachovia Bank. He loved his beloved Auburn University and could always be found in front of the TV or at Jordan-Hare Stadium pulling for his Tigers. More than anything else Roger enjoyed being around his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Jordan Davis; parents, Claude and Lula N. Davis; brothers, Wallace Davis, Jimmy Davis, Willard Davis, and Coy Davis; sisters, Janice Keeton and Diane Prather. He is survived by his daughters, Alana Davis and Beth Davis Spray (David); grandchildren, Leah Grace Spray and Bennett Spray; brother, Roland Davis (Vickie) and a sister, Bobbie Williams (Joe Don); Many Nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other extended family members he loved dearly.

Because of the Covid-19 Pandemic the family will have a Celebration of Roger’s Life Memorial Service at a later date. Thank you for all your prayers during this time.
