Jerry R. Sutherland of Clay, Alabama passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018, at the age of 76.
Jerry was born in Winston County on March 14, 1942, to the late Henry and Ollie Sutherland. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Doris Brasseal. Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Army.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 55 years, Freda Finley Sutherland; his sister, Yvonne Glenn (Ronnie); his brother, Roger Sutherland (Jan Ann) ; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on Friday, December 7, 2018, from 10:00 – 11:30 am with a funeral service beginning at 11:30 am. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
