Jane Goodson

May 15, 1929 – August 3, 2014 Bertha Jane Goodson, age 85, passed peacefully on Sunday, August 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack A. Goodson, and daughter Phyllis Elaine Goodson. She is survived by her son, Gary V. Goodson (Sandy), and daughter, Sandra Goodson Allinson (Glen). She was dearly loved by her family and friends. Memories of her warm smile and twinkling eyes will be cherished by all who knew her. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to her caregivers and friends Linda Ray, Tolisha Nelms, Kaye Hendon and Linda Honeycutt. There simply are not words to express our appreciation for the compassionate care and kindness they generously gave our Mother during the final years of her life. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery.
