Helen Romaniuk Crowe, age 94 of Birmingham passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020. She was born on March 29, 1926 to Nick and Annie Romaniuk in Canada. She was a longtime member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Wylam and was retired from Morrison’s in the Liberty National Building. Survivors include her daughter Linda Crowe; sons: Ronald (Glenda) Crowe and Jimmy (Susan) Crowe; grandchildren: Denise, Karen, Mona, Monica, Bobby, Jennifer, Amy and Lori; 19 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren; nephew Darryl (Cheryl) Romaniuk of Canada; and her kitty cat Callie. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 21, 2020 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Adamsville with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
