Helen worked as a bookkeeper for Gold Seal Dog Food Company and McGuire Construction. In her later years, she enjoyed visiting with friends and playing bingo.
She is survived by her cousin, Stephen A. Griffin (Tiffany), nephew Kenneth F. Bell (Terry), great-nephews David Bell and Daniel Bell; and great-niece Darlene Bell.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Irene Belle; brother, Robert C. “Bubba” Bell, Sr. (Geraldine); sister, Kathleen Bell Herald; nephews, Robert C. Bell, Jr., and Richard R. “Rick” Herald; and great-nephew, Michael K. Bell.
The family will receive friends at Our Lady of Sorrows on Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 10:30 to 11:00 am with Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
