Harold W. McBride

Harold Wayne McBride, age 90, of Birmingham, passed away on March 16, 2018. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marjorie Anne Crutcher McBride; his parents, Henry and Annie McBride; sister, Floretta Maxine McGavock; and brothers, Clarence McBride, Dwight Calvin McBride (Babe) and Herbert Leon McBride.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine McBride; sons, Michael Dean McBride, Harold Wayne McBride Jr., and Jerry Alan McBride; daughter, Marjorie Patricia McBride; Nine grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Harold loved to go motorhoming and tailgating at Alabama Football games. He was a member of Shades Valley Masonic Lodge. Harold worked for Colonial Freight until he started McBride Trucking Company.

The family will receive friends Friday March 23, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 am at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel with funeral service following at 11:00 am. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery.
