MOSS, EDNA EARLINE, age 92 of Birmingham, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank “Bud” Samuel Moss; son, Michael Wayne Moss; daughters, Brenda Sue Nixon and Judith Elaine Mattingly; brothers, Alonzo, Hendon, Drennon and Dennis Weems; and sisters, Jaffie Jones and Dorothy Nichols. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Porter (Mike) and Terri Staten; sister, Louise Mead; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 5 great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, June 21, 2014 from 4-6 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel with her service at the chapel on Sunday, June 22, 2014 beginning at 3. Burial will follow at Bass Cemetery.
