David Clark “Pop” Medley was born January 2, 1942 and passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, April 4, 2020 surrounded by his beloved girls at the age of 78. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Morgan Medley and Evie Louise Medley (Pikeville, TN). He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Dianne, and his two daughters Michele Lewis (Casper, WY) and Morgan Goodwin (Holly Pond, AL); granddaughter, Aja Lewis (Casper, WY), his two grandsons, James Nolan and Joshua Zachary Goodwin (Holly Pond, AL); two brothers, Steve Medley (Renee) of Cleveland, TN and Tommy Medley (Toni) of Cleveland, TN; a sister, Mary Alice Smith (Pat) of Washington, Iowa; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Clark retired from McKee Foods in 2003 after many years of dedicated service. His love and passion for golf led him to Roebuck Hawkins Golf Course where he later became General Manager and made many lasting friendships. Clark left an undeniable impression on the lives of those he met. He loved and was loved by so many, his legacy will live on through all of the lives that he was a part of.
