Darrell E. Hunt

Darrell Eddie Hunt Sr. a long time resident of Trussville Alabama, went to be with our Heavenly Father on September 27, 2020. Darrell was a man who knew many people. He was known all over Jefferson County as The Lawnmower man. All of his friends and family knew to call Darrell if they needed a good price on anything. He would pull out one of his many address books and point them in the right direction. Many of his friends he considered family. He will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernice & Margaret Hunt, one brother, Dale Hunt and one nephew, Keith Hunt.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Debbie Hunt, two daughters, Shouna Rainwater (Shane) and Stacey Holberson. One son, Darrell E Hunt, Jr. (Heather), one brother, Cary Hunt (Mary) and one nephew, Phillip Hunt. He was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Ridouts Trussville Chapel from 1:00 – 3:00. Funeral Services at 3:00, followed by burial at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
